Liszt’s exhilarating „Paraphrase on Verdi’s Rigoletto” is no less masterly than the original opera aria. Rather than selecting popular „La Donna e Mobile,” Liszt opted for the Quartet—the heart of the opera—a revealing and heartwrenching scene between main characters, played here by Tiffany Poon.
